Countrydale™ started on the forefront of a little girl’s dream and her passion for horses. It all started when I was 8 years old and started riding lessons at Hill View riding school. From the first time that I sat on a horse and guided around the indoor school, I knew the equine life was for me. I would spend every waking hour down the yard mucking out the horses just to earn the privilege of learning how to ride. It wasn’t until I was 18 years old when I owned my first and current horse ‘Viva’ who is my absolute world. Viva is a thoroughbred ex racehorse who just loves to run and gun with her favourite event being cross country.

The idea of ‘Countrydale’ only came to me in the Summer of 2020 when hacking through the forests of Shearwater Lake. I remember talking about the exciting and innovative ideas of bringing family lifestyle and equine together in one brand. A place where families could eventually come together and browse around the equestrian store of Countrydale, grab a bite to eat at the café, and let the kids play on the outside adventure park. I therefore made it my mission to start the process of making this happen and bringing the little 8-year-old girl’s dream into a reality.
